At PowerPax we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the date the item was delivered.

Please contact us by email to obtain an RMA (return material authorisation) number before shipping goods back. At the point of issuing the RMA number you will be notified of any re-stocking charges that may be relevant. No goods will be accepted back without this number, which enables us to keep track of any product coming back into our warehouse.

Please note that we can't accept returns delivered by hand. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we'll refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item excluding the item's normal postage charge.

If the item becomes faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging and it is at the discretion of the company as to whether a credit or a replacement is provided.
